Our products are digital downloads delivered instantly. Under UK consumer law, the standard 14-day right to cancel does not apply once you have started downloading digital content, provided you agreed to this at checkout. You will be asked to acknowledge this before purchase.

When we will refund

If a file is faulty, corrupted, or materially not as described, contact us within 14 days at support@uktendernotice.com and we will fix the file or issue a full refund. Because our products are digital and cannot be “returned”, we do not offer refunds simply for change of mind after download.
